 About The Workshop

Your Clown Impulse | 2-Day Workshop | Ages 17+ | Friday Sept 26th, 7-9pm and Saturday Sept 27th, 3-5pm

You will learn the clown’s most liberating way of responding “clown Impulse”; the act of being truthful in the comedy with yourself and the audience. This workshop will teach you how your clown exists in the moment, responding to and constantly finding games with the audience and fellow performers. Through a series of playful exercises, games and improvisations you will be encouraged to take risks and be impulsive.

Whether you are just curious, a part time clown, a comedian or just wanting to diversify your acting skills, this will be the workshop for you. Be ready to play, laugh and explore what it means to be unapologetically human! 

This workshop culminates by you applying your gained knowledge to create and present a short clown routine in class on Saturday.
